Account data: your name, email address, preferred language and, if you give it, your brand name.

Subscription data: the plan you chose, the term you paid for, payment records and any upgrades.

Project data: product ideas, notes, reference links and files you upload (images, video, PDFs and documents), sample requests, logo files and placement settings.

Messages: the conversations you have with our team through the platform, including attachments.

Technical data: basic log information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.

To give you access to the platform and the plan you paid for.

To source, quote, sample and produce the products you ask for, which means sharing the minimum necessary details with vetted suppliers.

To answer your messages and provide support.

To send service emails, such as live-session reminders and account notices.

To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on the performance of our contract with you for account, subscription and sourcing data, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and improving it.

Suppliers and factories: only the product details needed to quote, sample or produce. We do not pass on your personal contact details unless you ask us to.

Service providers who host the platform, store files and deliver our emails, bound by data-processing agreements.

We never sell your data.

Part of our sourcing team and our supplier network are based in China. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we limit it to what a supplier needs and rely on the safeguards permitted by the GDPR.

Account, subscription and project data are kept for as long as your account exists and for the period our accounting obligations require afterwards. Uploaded files are deleted on request, unless they belong to an order still in production.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and ask for it in a portable format. Write to us and we will answer within one month.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

The platform only uses cookies that are strictly necessary: one to sign you in and keep your session, and one to remember the language you chose for the public site. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.

Traffic is encrypted, passwords are stored hashed and never in plain text, uploaded files sit in private storage that only you and our team can reach, and access to member data is restricted to the people who need it.
